-Information collected from clients: We are only using SMS text to book hair appointments, to give appointment updates, to answer appointment questions, and to communicate about appointment changes from the client to the stylist and vice versa.

-How that collected info is being used and what is being used for: We are only collecting availability time, hair questions, and any information pertaining to the actual hair appointment.

The collected information pertaining the the hair appointment will only be shared with Braid Bar stylist for the purpose of making an appointment and making sure the services rendered are are sufficient to the clients’ request.  

SMS opt-in and Phone Numbers for the purpose of SMS will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.
